SteadyHome is built as a wellness monitoring prototype, grounded in public research on Wi-Fi CSI, respiration, resting pulse, and contactless fall-pattern detection.

What the research supports

Public studies show that Wi-Fi channel state information can detect subtle motion patterns such as breathing and larger movement events under controlled conditions. That supports SteadyHome's research direction, but it does not make the product a medical device or a replacement for human care.

How SteadyHome uses it

Raw sensing is intended to stay inside the home. The cloud receives small wellness events such as presence, quiet, movement, possible fall pattern, heartbeat, or gateway offline status.

Respiration
